There's two different ways to use Adenin's platform, and you can decide which one is cheaper for your organization.
The first option is to purchase seperate App licenses, called App Passes. For example, if you want to use Hubspot and Zendesk, then that would be 2 App licenses. This allows you to connect all your users to these two apps, and gives you unlimited Channels to distribute your Adaptive Cards to. This is ideal for larger organizations that only need a few apps.
The other option is to pay per user, called User Passes. This gives you the full selection of Apps from the App Directory but each user needs to be purchase their own license. For example, if you create web parts for a few SharePoint pages, then every user who visits these web parts needs to have their own license in Adenin. This option is better suited to smaller organizations that need to connect to a lot of different applications.
You can use most credit cards or PayPal to pay for any plan. On all plans you will receive invoices for each payment. For Team plans and up we can offer you manual invoicing, so you can send us a PO number and pay either by check, wire transfer or bank transfer. Please speak to a customer rep to get you set up.
Any app you buy you can use for an unlimited number of users. Conversly, if you buy a user then that user can access all apps. You can therefore decide which option is cheaper for your organization. On our website you cannot purchase both simultaneously, however in mid-size multi-disciplinary companies there can be constellations where this makes the most financial sense. In that case, please contact someone from the team, who will be happy to create a custom Enterprise agreement for your business.
You will receive an email to let you know your account is using more users or apps than your plan allows. From this email, you can then easily upgrade your account.
Just head to the Manage my plan section in your adenin dashboard, and then click Change plan where you can press the Change to this button for the desired plan you wish to upgrade to. Your current billing period will be used as a prorated credit towards your first payment on the new plan.
Yes, we offer different routes to qualify for a discount:
1. Start up: Organizations that have been founded less than 3 years ago, and have under $10 million annual revenue, can apply for a 25% discount on our Team or Enterprise plan.
2. Nonprofit organizations: NPOs, or organizations that are not-for-profit are eligible to a 15% discount across all products and services.
3. Resellers: We offer a Partner Program where resellers are eligible for discounts from their first transaction.
4. Volume discount: If you expect your annual usage is likely going to exceed $100,000 please contact your customer rep anytime to discuss your exclusive loyalty discount.
5. Promotions: From time to time we offer time-limited promotions that we may advertise on this page, our blog, newsletter or social media accounts. Please feel free to contact someone from the team to enquire about on-going promotions.
For Enterprise customers we can quote you for a 24/7 support plan, please contact one of the team to request this.
Just head to the Manage my plan section in your adenin dashboard, and then click Change plan where you can press the Downgrade button for the desired plan you wish to downgrade to. To stop any payments to adenin, please select the Free plan. The plan switch will become effective as soon as your current billing period has been finished, as such refunds are not offered.
